Does Obama know the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence?

Remember when we were force-fed by many in the media articles about the storied legal career of Barack Obama? The first black President of Harvard Law Review (who never wrote a signed legal opinion; nor released his transcripts) and the teacher of Constitutional Law at the University ofChicago. He was our last best hope to restore respect for the Constitution in the Oval Office.
